Please go to Japan if you enjoy eating. We came up with a unique Japanese dish that combined ramen and sukiyaki. It’s known as Wagyu Sukiyaki Ramen. Sukiyaki is a one-pot Japanese dish made with beef and vegetables, whereas wagyu refers to Japanese beef. It has been consumed for generations and is among the healthiest and most well-liked meals in Japan.
The creation of Wagyu Sukiyaki Ramen was to give customers access to Japan’s opulent cuisine! Dark soy sauce broth and wagyu oil are intertwined with medium-thick noodles, complementing the amazing taste of black wagyu beef!
This ramen was developed by Yakko Dining (BEEF KITCHEN STAND), which presently operates restaurants in Tokyo and Yokohama (Kanagawa). They say, “Eating makes us joyful! Customers, partners in our company, and employees. Our goal is to contribute to the pleasure of everyone concerned.”
Wagyu Sukiyaki Ramen is incredibly cheap—just 3,278 yen with tax included!
“Everything was amazing; it was a hearty meal,” one of the guests said.
I asked Mr. Takeshi Matsumoto, the man who invented Wagyu Sukiyaki Ramen, what the most difficult element was.
“We were so concerned with quality that it took a year from concept to commercialization,” he stated.
Mr. Matsumoto was born into a family of trained chefs who had owned Japanese restaurants in Yokohama for eight decades. He started creating this signature meal in response to frequent requests from international visitors, and it was eventually finished after numerous trials and tastings.
Regarding the future, Mr. Matsumoto says, “I want to open a restaurant abroad so that more people can try Wagyu Sukiyaki Ramen. So many clients already adore it.”
